Today we’re delighted to be joined by two guests, Sarah Parr and Ian Adams. Sarah is an executive coach with a background in coaching and consulting, Sarah also has over 10 years of experience in the social housing sector. Ian is Business Assurance and Performance Director at Magenta Living, the largest housing provider in Wirral, owning and managing around 12,500 properties. Ian is also the OKR lead for Magenta Living. Today we’re going to talk about the challenges faced in the UK social housing sector and why OKRs are a great fit in helping tackle those challenges.
